Leaving behind a footprint.
Commercial and residential assets. Transportation hubs. Resource facilities. My portfolio is across Canada, and the Oakridge Redevelopment is my most ambitious endeavour and flagship project.

Redevelopment of Manulife Place
Manulife Financial Corporation, one of the largest financial services companies in the world, is redeveloping their name-bearing complex in Edmonton’s business district. In collaboration with Epic Investment Services, a leading real estate platform in North America, the project aims to revitalize the landmark in the post-pandemic era.
Flagship
QuadReal and Westbank’s Oakridge Redevelopment
One of North America’s largest commercial and residential mixed-use redevelopments, this project is unlike any other. A $2B+ investment, Oakridge occupies 28 acres and 8 city blocks of Vancouver’s affluent West Side. The vision seeks collaboration from internationally renowned developers and designers to create a world-class cultural hub.
Completed
Vancouver’s YVR Airport
The largest expansion of the airport’s international terminal. Demolition and construction of tenant spaces within active passenger areas. From complicated logistics to a global pandemic, the challenges were plentiful. But we always made sure passengers were on their way to their destinations.
Fibreco’s Grain Terminal on the Port of Vancouver
An engineering nightmare, we demolished and replaced fifteen steel silos. Poor engineering design and cross-border procurement brought hurdles in design and schedule, but we got one of Canada’s most important grain terminals operational months ahead of schedule.
Metrolinx’s Whitby Rail Maintenance Facility in Greater Toronto
Loving trains as a child, this was one of my favorite projects. From laying miles of track, to erecting the structure and commissioning the maintenance systems, I’m honoured to have been a part of building one of Canada’s most vital transportation networks.
Suncor’s Fort Hills
On my first project as a newly graduated engineer, I was assigned to the deep and cold Canadian north. Not only was I building some of the site’s most important ancillary buildings, but I also built some of the strongest friendships with my teammates in the remote wilderness.
Canopy Growth Corp’s Greenhouse Facilities
This was my first project in Vancouver, and definitely the one that taught me the most. From negotiating, contract administration, cost forecast and client handover, this project showed me the core principles found throughout project management.
Residential Housing and Municipal Infrastructure at the City of Edmonton and City of Leduc
As an engineering student, one of my fondest memories was traversing the city, meeting with land developers and engineering partners, performing inspections, and understanding everyone’s role in the project. I learned the basics of how projects work and what we take for granted every day.
